ComplianceTechTalk is a free professional community operated by Compliance Admins LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms. Membership requires accurate real name, work email and firm details, email confirmation and administrator approval before posting. Keep your credentials secure and do not impersonate others.
Professional participation
Share honest, respectful, factual experiences. Disclose vendor relationships and conflicts of interest. Do not post spam, solicitation, unlawful material, personal attacks or confidential information, or upload material you lack permission to share. Anonymous posting does not prevent administrators from identifying the account. Reviews and broker tips are reviewed before publication; edited tips return for review. Administrators may moderate, remove content, lock discussions or suspend accounts for misuse.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of your original contributions and give us permission to store, display and moderate them to operate the community. You are responsible for having the right to submit them. You may delete your broker tips or account through Profile. Account deletion removes your submissions, including threads and their replies; copies already saved by others cannot be recalled.
Information, not advice
Vendor information, guides, news and community tips are educational, not legal, regulatory or investment advice. Broker arrangements and product capabilities change; verify details directly and obtain appropriate advice for your firm. Listings are not endorsements, and sponsorship never influences rankings or reviews. Sponsors contract with and pay Compliance Admins LLC under separately agreed terms.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available, without promises that every item is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Compliance Admins LLC is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on community content or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
