Our community brings together compliance professionals with different firm types, business models and perspectives. Focus on the topic, not the person, and make room for different experiences.
- Keep it professional. Be constructive and respectful, including when you disagree. No personal attacks, harassment or discriminatory remarks.
- Share facts, not allegations. Honest reviews of the named vendor are welcome, including objective criticism. Describe what you personally experienced; avoid speculation, unsupported accusations and identifying client or employer firms or individuals when discussing negative experiences.
- Peer learning, not promotion. Share helpful products, approaches and resources objectively. Do not use contributions for sales pitches, solicitation, promotional links or personal business gain. Paid sponsorships belong in separately labeled placements, never in peer reviews.
- Protect confidentiality. Do not share client information, personal contact details, nonpublic regulatory matters or material you are not authorized to disclose. Public anonymity does not make confidential information safe to share.
- Use appropriate discretion. Respect intellectual property and applicable laws, including defamation and antitrust rules. Do not coordinate pricing, boycotts or other competitively sensitive conduct.
- Be transparent. Disclose relevant vendor relationships; use the “Works there” option when reviewing your employer. All reviews remain subject to moderation, regardless of sponsorship.
