IBKR describes its Compliance Portal as free. Enrollment, eligible accounts and broker terms apply; brokerage charges, feed arrangements and third-party compliance software may have separate costs. Confirm with the broker.

Typical setup
- Confirm the employee accounts in scope, the applicable consent requirements and who may act for your firm.
- Ask the broker about its monitoring enrollment and delivery options for your chosen compliance platform.
- Complete the broker’s required authorization and establish appropriate employer portal access.
- Link the authorized accounts and agree how account identifiers will be matched to employees in your platform.
- Reconcile the first usable delivery against the expected accounts and data coverage; investigate missing or unmatched records.
- Assign ongoing ownership for account additions, departures, failed deliveries and periodic reconciliation.
