Link the authorized accounts and agree how account identifiers will be matched to employees in your platform.
Reconcile the first usable delivery against the expected accounts and data coverage; investigate missing or unmatched records.
Assign ongoing ownership for account additions, departures, failed deliveries and periodic reconciliation.
